Privacy & Data
Governance
At Eurasia Tech Insights, we treat user data as a primary asset requiring institutional-grade protection. This document outlines how our analytics platform collects, processes, and secures information within the 2026 digital landscape.
01 Data Acquisition Framework
Our technology insights platform acquires data through two primary streams to ensure we provide accurate analytics without over-reaching into personal spheres.
Direct Input Data
Information you provide when requesting high-level industry trends, subscribing to insights, or contacting our consulting team. This includes name, email address, and professional affiliation.
Automated Telemetry
Technical metadata including IP addresses, browser types, and navigation patterns. This is used solely to optimize the performance of our distribution infrastructure.
A Note on Anonymization
Our core analytics methodology relies on aggregated patterns rather than individual profiles. Before data enters our trend-analysis engine, we apply irreversible hashing to all identifying technical markers. We are interested in the "what" and "how" of technology shifts, not the "who."
02 Processing & Retention
Eurasia Tech Insights processes personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: To deliver the specific reports or platform access you have requested.
- Compliance: To meet regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where we operate, specifically Istanbul, Turkey.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described. Typically, contact data for insight distribution is maintained until you opt-out, while technical logs are purged after 90 days.
03 Subject Access Rights
In accordance with global data protection standards (including KVKK and GDPR-aligned practices), all users of our platform maintain the following rights over their data:
04 Infrastructure Security
We employ TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure, ISO-certified environments with 24/7 monitoring and strict physical access controls.
In the event of a suspected data incident, we maintain a 72-hour notification protocol for affected users and relevant supervisory authorities in Istanbul.
